It's possible that this may be due to an expired MWS Permissions, try checking if Feedbackz is listed here and click Confirm again.
You can also try these steps again, (https://www.feedbackz.com/blog/connecting-feedbackz-to-your-amazon-account) and update your credentials (Seller ID and MWS Auth Token)

Hi Chilton, thank you for chiming in to the thread. I checked on your account and the error pertains to an invalid Auth token, is your account under Seller Central? If so, try reviewing the details and make sure there is no missing character or an extra space before or after each credential (Seller ID and MWS Auth token) we suggest that you re-do the steps as instructed from this article:
