Activated trial but didn't import all orders

Hi. I activated my trail yesterday and it finished syncing however no orders are imported. Thanks, Ollie

Thank you for reaching out, may I know if the orders are for past orders or recent orders from the time the sync has completed?

Hi Ollie,

For past orders you will need to setup new set of Hunt/s and set it target past date range. During hunt creation page, look under Delivery settings and pick the second option "Specific Dates from the Past"

Also, I can see order is starting to get imported, so I believe emails should now be scheduled according to your Hunt settings and filters.

Thank you. Just one more quesiton. Do the new orders get imported after they have been shipped? As is says I only have 2 orders but I should have more

Hi Ollie,

The orders should get imported as soon as it hits "Completed" status in Amazon, but there could be delays sometimes it could take hours before we receive it, and the dashboard doesn't reflect the number of orders imported real-time.
