Almost 700 Emails Sent - 0 Opened

Hello,

 

We have sent almost 700 emails and yet our dashboard says that 0 have been opened. Is this a mistake? Surely there must have been some email opened. Please let us know if there is something wrong with the API setup.

Hi there,

I'm suspecting emails sent from Feedbackz, may have been put on hold in Amazon servers and usually this is due to not adding our email "[email protected]" to the Approved Senders list. You can check or add this here:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/communication-manager/address-authorization.html (US marketplace) or

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/communication-manager/address-authorization.html (Europe marketplace)

In Approved Senders box, add [email protected] into that list. Click Done

Once you Approve the email, Amazon should gradually let the emails send through, however we are not certain as to how many emails they have kept on hold and for how long, and they may even have deleted some.

What you can do to catch-up on past orders which may have missed your emails is to create a new set of Hunts and target to past date range.
