Amazon Account: Access denied

I got this message:

We have problems with your Amazon Account: Access denied

What can I do?

Hi Thomas,

Try to check Amazon Seller Central and check if Feedbackz is listed and click on "Confirm Access"

I have done developer permission as instructed, ID and Token.

Hmmm..that's strange the error is still there, try to review the details entered make sure there is no extra space before or after each credential or any missing character from here:  https://app.feedbackz.com/companies

You may want to try the steps again in Syncing your Amazon account.

Now I think it's working. I swapped seller ID with Marketplace ID in the settings for feedbackz.

That's great to know Thomas, another thing, make sure you add our email "[email protected]" to your Approved Senders list (this has to be done on each marketplace countries)

I remember doing that. but how can I check it . I can't find it on Amazon.de site anywhere now? Where do I  edit "Approved Senders list" ??

Once you have both Seller ID and MWS Auth Token, input the info here: https://app.feedbackz.com/companies make sure there isn't any character left-out or any extra space before or after each credentials.
