I have just recently signed up for 25 day free trial, i followed the proccess of connecting my account to amazon.
However i keep getting an error message when im inside the feedbackz dashboard etc. ( WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR AMAZON ACCOUNT: AUTHTOKEN IS NOT VAILD FOR SELLER ID AND AWSACCOUNTID )
Can you show me how to fix this please?
Try to check on MWS Developer Permissions screen
try to see if Feedbackz is listed, and click Confirm Access, also try reviewing the details entered into the app, ensure the correct one is pasted in, sometimes the Marketplace ID can be mistakenly pasted in as they look a bit identical, also during copy-pasting there can sometimes be an extra space before and after the details or there could be a character left-out.
I will re authorise the developer again. May I have your Developers name: and Developer ID : please?

once you have your credentials, go back to Feedbackz click on "Companies" on the Dashboard, then from your Company name click on More dropdown menu, and click Sync, click Edit Credentials button, pick the Correct Marketplace (US or EU)and click Next, update Seller ID and MWS Auth token (make sure there isn't an extra space or tab before and after each credentials during copy-pasting, also ensure there are no characters left-out), click Next and follow On-screen instructions (adding [email protected] to your Approved Senders list), once done click "Finish & Save sync"
