Cloudflare server issue still unresolved, quite frustrating

Your server has been on and off today, and we are in urgent need for batch emails to go out. This has happened multiple times already, any possibility of a consistent fix? This is also assuming that when the host server is down, no hunts are going out...

Update: I've tried resetting web parameters and network on my end, and tried different browsers as welll, and it's a no-go :(

Hey AD,

Sorry about this! We are on a fix right now related to this.

What is going on is that we are currently upgrading graph on Dashboard page and it's jamming with data & taking too long to load. So the browsers times out. All other pages on the app is working including any background processes (which we run on separate servers away from the actual app)

A quick fix to this would be to by-pass the Dashboard page and go directly into a Hunts or Template page like this link: https://app.feedbackz.com/hunts

Try to avoid hitting the 'home' Feedbackz logo link in the top-left.. If you aren't logged in, trying logging in at: https://app.feedbackz.com/login - after you hit Login, it will try to redirect you to the Dashboard page (which will obviously time out) but now you can access the rest of the app since you are technically logged in.

Again, so sorry about this but we are on a solution asap for it.

Hi Stephen! Yes it seems to be working :) Thanks for the quick response and the work-around. Good luck on the upgrade, stoked to see the new dashboard the team is working on.

The answers above still doesn't allow me to log in, quite frustrating as I need to blacklist a few customers to prevent sending further emails

Hi there, I wanted to chime in and see if after you go to https://app.feedbackz.com/login usually it would time you out, can you then try opening a new browser tab and go directly to https://app.feedbackz.com/buyers ? Let me know if this worked for you.
