I connected your software with my sellercentral and sent you an invitation, but the invitation is still in "open" status. When I log in to your platform it shows that 7 emails were already sent, but amazon messages system shows that NO reviews were sent to buyers.
Could you please check it on your side and help me to connect. I would like to start using your service finally. Hope you service is good and we can start to use it for all our consulting customers.
It sounds like the emails are put on hold within Amazon, this can be due to our email ([email protected]) has not been added to your Approved Senders list.
To set this up, head over to:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/communication-manager/address-authorization.html (US marketplace) or
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/communication-manager/address-authorization.html (Europe marketplace)
In Approved Senders box, add [email protected] into that list. Click Done.
Once you approve the email, Amazon will take those emails off hold and let them send through.
