all emails sent today are showing the dynamic field [Buyer Name]instead f the name itself. needless to say that these makes all emails useless.
can u please detect which emails have been sent with this mistake and correct the problem (recalling the emails sent and sending correct ones)?
I also noticed this problem. And I found all [[BuyerFirstName]] fields disappeared in our templates. Some back-end scripts or programs messed up our templates in feedbackz.

Amazon made some changes recently to what data they are letting developers have access to. I am writing an Announcement on this right now and will post a link here within the next hour.

We sincerely apologize for any issues this has caused, we have scrubbed all templates of the [[BuyerName]] tag due to this recent change with Amazon, but unfortunately previous emails already in the queue have been sent out without the complete Buyer info but that should be the last of it, and moving forward will be the revised template without the buyer data.
In connection to this, we have to clear all Hunt with the Subject line containing the [[BuyerName]] tag and have to Pause your Hunts temporarily and we need your help to get the Templates re-assigned accordingly to their correct Hunts, after doing so you can then re-activate your Hunts.
ok thanks, so What field will show instead of Buyer name? Did you find a way to pull the customers' name or did you just modified the hunt? If I get it well, now I need to reassign all hunts, is that right?

Yes I can see the Hunts have their correct templates set.
Regarding the Dynamic fields [[BuyerName]] that has been removed, this is related to Amazon's recent API changes as they are no longer allowing developers to pull Buyers data.
