none of our emails show an open rate, are they actually being sent?
It's possible that you may have missed to add our email [email protected] to your Approved Senders list, so emails sent from Feedbackz server are being put on hold in Amazon servers. To get this added go to:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/communication-manager/address-authorization.html (US marketplace) or
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/communication-manager/address-authorization.html (Europe marketplace)
In Approved Senders box, add [email protected] into that list. Click Done.
Once added, emails on hold will get sent out gradually, however we're not certain as to how many emails Amazon puts on hold and for how long, and they may delete some portion of it.
