Proactive messages warning

Hello Team,

I have been reciveng this for Amazon under every message: 

"This message was not delivered because your account was temporarily restricted from sending proactive messages. For more information please check the email inbox associated with your account for a detailed error notification." 


Do you know why this is happening?

This is the first time we have seen this error, have you checked your inbox for further details on what this restriction might be referring to?

Sorry for the delay in giving you an update, one of our Dev team member found out that the reason why you're getting this warning is due to some contents of your template may be violating Amazon's ToS. Most common would be due to contents which could potentially include Marketing, Upselling, Promo or Discount in exchange for  a review, or other potential red-flags under Amazon's ToS.
