Retroactive Emails

We had our campaigns paused by mistake for about a week starting on the 16th. Could our emails be sent retroactively to the customers who have made purchases within that time?

Hi Kent,

Thank you for reaching out to us, your current Hunts are only set to send to future orders, you will need to create new set of Hunts and set it to target past orders, so during the Hunt creation page, look under Delivery Setings, and select the second option "Specific Dates from the Past"
