How can I tell if the emails have been sent? I checked with a customer and they said they havent received anything? Where do the emails go? Directly to email or through Amazon messages? I sent 280 messages to repeat customers, do they get multiple messages if they have multiple reorders?
It's possible that you may have missed to add our email "[email protected]" in your Approved Senders list, so emails sent from Feedbackz are being put to hold in Amazon's servers. To get this added go to:

In Approved Senders box, add [email protected] into that list. Click Done.
Once you approve the email, emails put to hold in Amazon will be sent out gradually.
Thanks Phil, can you please answer the remaining 3 questions? I can see the sent messages in the seller/buyer messages but they have no formatting or images. Are they also receiving emails or only messages to this messaging center? Will duplicate emails be sent to a person who has reordered several times?
The formatting in Amazon messaging interface is only plain text format but what the buyers actually sees in their inbox is exactly the same in your template. Regarding the repeat buyers, yes buyers will get multiple messages as emails are created per order, but you can manually blacklist a buyer under Buyers section in the app.
