i started free trail, it still says syncing

Upon checking, it looks there is "Access denied" error to your Amazon credentials entered into the app, try to review the details entered make sure there is no extra space before or after each credential or any missing character from here: https://app.feedbackz.com/companies

Sometimes, the seller ID can be swapped with Marketplace ID, as the format is similar.

You may want to try the steps again in Syncing your Amazon account.
