Unable to blacklist a buyer

I want to blacklist the following buyer but the dropdown 'More' button is inactive - is this temporary?

The ability to Blacklist a buyer has been removed from our app due to a recent update with what data Amazon transmits to developers, so they removed Buyers API across all apps including Feedbackz. You can read more about this from our announcement:

I didn't realise the ability to blacklist a buyer had been removed, I read the email about the template but I didn't realise this would have anything to do with it. I'll have a look at the pending schedule to see if that still works – what I wanted to do by blacklisting was to prevent an email from being sent.

We will update the announcement to reflect the change, sorry about the confusion. Since the Blacklist feature is no longer available due to recent Amazon's API changes, you can notify your buyer to Opt-out by going into their Promotional E-mail settings as mentioned here:

I don't think that would be suitable! I wanted to stop a pending email to avoid a negative review because the buyer returned an item.

I found that I could go to the Feedbackz schedule and delete the buyer from the pending queue.

Yes Donald, you can go into your Pending emails and find the email that you want to delete for that Specific order number.

Hey Donald,

I just wanted to chime in here since with some updates. At that time with Phil, we had removed the feature. However; we are working on keeping the Blacklist feature active because as you mentioned, the auto-deleting of those Pending Emails would be very helpful.

So at the current moment, the Buyer's section will look a bit funky and the dropdown is gone, but we are working behind the scenes to have that back up here within the next 48-72 hours at the latest!
